Chem-Lab		3	350	Time to mix up some chemicals. Don't blow yourself up.
Dynamo		2	155	You will find these lying around in the world and they are used in some of your more advanced gear.
Energy Storage Bank		5	500	These are used to store power in your base, handy for when the generator runs out of fuel.
